Then check the shipment tracking for additional delivery information.
If the package still cannot be found, please contact the responsible shipping service provider as soon as possible and initiate a search query or investigation for the shipment. The tracking must be arranged by you as the recipient with the shipping service provider.
Shipments reported as delivered
If a shipment is shown to have been properly delivered by the shipping service provider, it is generally considered to have been delivered. From this point on, it is the recipient's responsibility to receive or secure the shipment at the specified delivery or storage location.
Many shipping service providers give the recipient the opportunity to grant a storage or drop-off permit, specify a desired storage location or choose other delivery options. If such options are set up, changed or approved by the recipient, the choice of delivery method and the associated risks are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
In particular, if a shipment was delivered without personal handover on the basis of a deposit or deposit authorization issued by the recipient and was properly deposited at the agreed or chosen location, the recipient bears the risk of subsequent loss or theft. In such cases, EULIN® assumes no liability for a shipment that is lost or stolen after proper delivery.
If a shipment has been delivered according to shipment tracking but cannot be found, the recipient must initiate a search request or investigation with the responsible shipping service provider. Simply not being able to be found after a documented, proper delivery does not constitute any liability on the part of EULIN®.
