Delivery & Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.
For regular deliveries within Switzerland this means:
• short shipping routes
• no import processing for you
• no additional customs formalities
• Fast handover to the shipping service provider

Orders placed before noon on a business day are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after midday, on a weekend or on a holiday will usually be processed the next business day.
In exceptional cases, processing may be delayed, for example:
• Particularly high order volume
• Holidays
• technical disruptions
• short-term inventory deviations
• extraordinary events

Within Switzerland, your order usually arrives within two to three working days.
The delivery time begins after your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider. Weekends and public holidays generally do not count as working days.

The actual delivery time may be extended due to, among other things:
• Holidays
• high parcel volume
• Weather events
• regional delivery problems
• Shipping service provider delays
• incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses

The stated delivery time is therefore a normal guideline and not a guaranteed delivery time.

Orders received before midday on working days are usually processed on the same day and, if possible, handed over to the shipping service provider.

The prerequisite is that:
• the payment was completed successfully
• the delivery address is complete
• the ordered products are available
• no additional testing is required

Orders placed after midday are usually processed the following business day.

The majority of EULIN® orders are sent via Swiss Post.
In individual cases, EULIN® may use another suitable shipping partner. This can depend, for example, on the size of the package, the destination or the company's shipping conditions.
The shipping service used for your order is usually indicated in the shipping confirmation or tracking information.

Standard shipping within Switzerland is free for orders over CHF 50.
For orders worth less than CHF 50, shipping costs apply. The exact amount will be displayed transparently in the checkout before you complete the order.
The decisive factor is the final order value after deducting any discounts, unless otherwise stated in the checkout.

Standard shipping within Switzerland is free for orders over CHF 50.
If the order value is less than CHF 50, the shipping costs incurred will be displayed in the checkout before you legally complete the order.

No. The shipping costs incurred for your order will be displayed in the checkout before the purchase is completed.
Within Switzerland, there are no additional import or customs costs for a regular order from the Swiss warehouse.
However, additional costs may arise for individually agreed deliveries abroad.

The EULIN® online shop currently only delivers to addresses within Switzerland.
In exceptional cases, delivery abroad may be possible after individual inspection. To do this, contact EULIN® customer service before placing your order.
International delivery may depend on:
• Destination country
• Package size and weight
• available shipping options
• Customs and import regulations
• Payment processing
• economical and logistical feasibility

There is no entitlement to delivery abroad. Please also note that no returns are possible for international orders. There is no 60 day return policy.

Before completing your order, contact EULIN® customer service and provide the following information:
• desired products
• full delivery address
• Destination country
• desired number of pieces
• your contact details
EULIN® then checks whether delivery is possible and what additional shipping, customs or import costs are likely to be incurred.
Deliveries abroad can only be made by individual agreement and against advance payment. Please also note that no returns are possible for international orders. There is no 60 day return policy.

Once your order has shipped and tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with relevant information.
Depending on the shipping method, the shipping confirmation may contain:
• a tracking number
• a link for shipment tracking
• the name of the shipping service provider
• the current shipping status
• expected delivery information
It may take some time until the tracking number is actively displayed in the shipping service provider's system.

After the shipping label has been created, it may take some time until the shipment is physically recorded by the shipping service provider.
In this phase, the tracking number may already exist even though no movement is yet indicated.
Check the tracking again after a few hours. If the status does not update for a long time, you can contact EULIN® customer service with your order number.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Also make sure that you entered the correct email address when ordering.
A shipping confirmation will only be sent after the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping service provider.
If you have not received a message after the usual processing time, contact EULIN® customer service with your order number and the email address used during purchase.

The processes and conditions of the respective shipping service provider apply to delivery.

Once the shipment has been properly handed over by EULIN® to the shipping service provider, the implementation and processing of the delivery is the responsibility of the shipping service provider. From this point onwards, EULIN® no longer has any direct influence on further transport, the delivery time or the specific type of delivery.

When delivered by Swiss Post, depending on the shipping method and the settings stored by the recipient, the package can, for example:

• be delivered in the mailbox or storage compartment
• be deposited at a deposited storage location
• be handed over to a person authorized to receive it
• be deposited at a collection point
• be delivered again at a later date

Many delivery options can be managed by the recipient via the digital services of the respective shipping service provider, provided the shipment in question is activated for this purpose.

If the recipient grants the shipping service provider a storage or drop-off permit, determines a storage location or chooses a comparable delivery option without personal handover, responsibility for this chosen delivery method lies with the recipient. After proper storage at the agreed location or as determined by the recipient, the recipient bears the risk of subsequent loss or theft.

The liability and investigation provisions of the respective shipping service provider apply to loss, damage or other irregularities during transport and delivery. Corresponding claims or investigations must generally be asserted against the shipping service provider or initiated there.

Depending on the shipping service provider and shipping method, you may be able to adjust the delivery day, drop location, or another delivery option.

For shipments with Swiss Post, such functions are sometimes available via their digital services. Whether a change is possible depends on the current shipment status and the shipping method selected. EULIN® cannot always subsequently change a shipment that has already been handed over to the shipping service provider.

If you grant the shipping service provider a storage or storage permit or if you choose a comparable delivery option in which the shipment can be deposited at a location specified or accepted by you without being personally handed over, you bear the risk of subsequent loss, theft or other impairment of the shipment once it has been properly deposited.

If the shipping service provider's shipment tracking shows that the shipment was properly delivered, it is generally considered delivered. It is your responsibility to accept or receive the shipment promptly at the specified delivery or storage location.

If you still cannot find a shipment that is marked as delivered, you must initiate a search query or investigation with the shipping service provider.

Contact EULIN® customer service as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address.
As long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped, an adjustment may be possible.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, EULIN® can no longer guarantee a change of address. Depending on the shipping status, change options may still be available from the shipping service provider.

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in delays, incorrect delivery or a return to EULIN®.
Before completing your order, please check in particular:
• First and last name
• Street and house number
• Zip code
• Location
• Any company or additional information
• Name labeling on the mailbox

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional costs may apply for re-shipping.

Yes. You can enter a different delivery address in the checkout, for example for a gift or a delivery to your workplace.
Make sure that the name of the recipient is stated in full and can be identified at the delivery location.
The billing address and the delivery address may differ if the checkout allows this selection.

Whether delivery to a PO box is possible depends on the shipping service provider, the package size and the shipping method selected.
Since many EULIN® products are shipped as a package, a full physical delivery address is usually a more reliable choice.
If you are unsure, you should contact EULIN® customer service before ordering.

First check the shipment tracking and check whether the shipping service provider has noted a delay or a delivery attempt.
Also keep in mind that weekends, holidays, weather events and high volumes of packages can delay delivery.
If the status has not changed over an unusually long period of time or the usual delivery time has been significantly exceeded, contact EULIN® customer service and provide your order number.

First check:

• your mailbox
• the storage compartment
• a stored storage location
• the house entrance
• Neighbors
• the reception or reception
• possible roommates

Then check the shipment tracking for additional delivery information.

If the package still cannot be found, please contact the responsible shipping service provider as soon as possible and initiate a search query or investigation for the shipment. The tracking must be arranged by you as the recipient with the shipping service provider.

Shipments reported as delivered

If a shipment is shown to have been properly delivered by the shipping service provider, it is generally considered to have been delivered. From this point on, it is the recipient's responsibility to receive or secure the shipment at the specified delivery or storage location.

Many shipping service providers give the recipient the opportunity to grant a storage or drop-off permit, specify a desired storage location or choose other delivery options. If such options are set up, changed or approved by the recipient, the choice of delivery method and the associated risks are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

In particular, if a shipment was delivered without personal handover on the basis of a deposit or deposit authorization issued by the recipient and was properly deposited at the agreed or chosen location, the recipient bears the risk of subsequent loss or theft. In such cases, EULIN® assumes no liability for a shipment that is lost or stolen after proper delivery.

If a shipment has been delivered according to shipment tracking but cannot be found, the recipient must initiate a search request or investigation with the responsible shipping service provider. Simply not being able to be found after a documented, proper delivery does not constitute any liability on the part of EULIN®.

If a package cannot be delivered, depending on the shipping provider, it may:

• deposited at a collection point
• redelivered
• taken to an alternative delivery location
• returned to EULIN® after the collection period has expired

Find out how to proceed using the shipment tracking or notification from the shipping service provider.

If there is a new or multiple delivery or a return to EULIN® due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, refusal of acceptance or any other reason caused by the recipient, the resulting additional effort may be charged to the customer.

This may include, in particular, additional shipping and return costs as well as other costs directly associated with the redelivery or return. If you wish to re-send, additional shipping costs may also apply.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product as soon as possible after delivery and before use.
If possible, document:
• the outside of the package
• visible dents, cracks or moisture
• the shipping label
• the inner packaging
• the condition of the product
• Damaged or missing components

Then contact the shipping service provider first and foremost. If you cannot solve your problem, contact EULIN® customer service as soon as possible.

Send EULIN® customer service the following information:

• your order number
• a brief description of the damage
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Photos of the inner packaging
• Photos of the damaged product
• Information about missing components
• the delivery date

Keep the packaging and the damaged product until the case has been investigated. Do not discard any components until you have received feedback.

First check the delivery note and shipping confirmation. In individual cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
Also check all packaging carefully, as smaller accessories may be sandwiched between protective materials.
If an ordered item is still missing, contact EULIN® customer service and provide your order number and the missing item.

If possible, do not use or wash the incorrectly delivered product.
Take photos:
• the product received
• the product packaging
• the label or item name
• the contents of the delivery

Then contact EULIN® customer service with your order number and a short description. This way the delivery can be checked and the next steps can be coordinated with you.

In individual cases, an order can be divided into several packages. This may be necessary, for example, if there are different product sizes, storage locations or shipping requirements.
The packages may arrive on different days even though they belong to the same order.
Check your shipping confirmation and existing tracking numbers before reporting a missing item.

Orders are generally processed on working days.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will typically be processed on the next regular business day.
Delivery by the shipping service provider may also be limited on weekends and public holidays. This may extend the overall delivery time accordingly.

Business days for processing and shipping are generally Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Saturdays and Sundays are usually not included in the stated processing and delivery time.
Regional or national holidays can affect both processing by EULIN® and delivery by the shipping service provider.

If you have any questions about your order, the delivery address, shipment tracking or a damaged or missing package, EULIN® customer service will be happy to help you.

If possible, have the following information ready:
• Order number
• Name of the person placing the order
• email address used
• Tracking number
• Short description of your request
• Photos if necessary

With complete information, your request can be examined more quickly.
